The original KRC run! Every week a variety of routes are proposed leaving from and ending at that week’s meeting spot. After club announcements at 7:25am, runners set off on their selected route at their own pave and meet back at the starting point at 9:00 am for coffee and breakfast.
A reminder will be sent to runners on the KRC email distribution list the Wednesday prior to each Goats Run with the suggested routes (including maps), and location of coffee/breakfast will be indicated at that time. All information is also be posted on the KRC Facebook Page and in the Calendar & Events page.
The given routes are simply suggestions; runners should adapt and change the routes to meet their own training, fitness, or injury needs. Walkers are welcome.
If you would like to host a run from your home, please contact us a few weeks in advance. Or, if you have any suggestions for a new route or a possible venue for coffee, please let us know.

Join a dedicated group of runners and walkers in the twice weekly Creekers run.
This run and walk has been taking place for decades. While the typical distance for runners is 7 km up the Mission Creek Greenway to Creekside Road, one can make it shorter or longer as desired. This is a very non-competitive run and walk, dedicated to regular exercise and fellowship.
