After a successful season of Next Step workouts at the Apple Bowl track, keep your training up this winter. Join team Orthoquest and Kelowna Kinesiology for a 6 week run series focused on running smarter not harder! This run group is like no other in the Okanagan, featuring weekly educational talks, running drills, as well as a strength/stretch component lead by a certified Running Mechanics Professional (Level II), C. Ped (C), and Kinesiologist. This is a 6 week series, meeting every Tuesday night at 6pm (starting November 5th) at Orthoquest and ending at 7:30 at Kelowna Kinesiology. The dates for the run series are as follows: November 5, November 12, November 19, November 26, December 3 and December 10.
